Meet Cheryl Grant, M.S.W., R.S.W.
I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My work is rooted in a deep respect for both psychology and soul — integrating evidence-based therapy with creative and symbolic ways of knowing.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and deeply compassionate. I believe healing happens when we slow down, turn inward, and honour the meaning behind our symptoms, patterns, and dreams.

Each session is guided by what you bring, what we notice together, and the pace that feels right for your nervous system. You are the expert on your own life — my role is to help you listen to your inner guidance, illuminate patterns, and reconnect to your own capacity for change.

We begin with a conversation — about what’s bringing you here, what’s been difficult, and what you long for. From there, we explore what’s unfolding both in your inner and outer life: dreams, emotions, memories, relationships, and creative impulses that reveal your deeper story. After the exploration and revealed insights, we work on gently meeting the parts of ourselves that need to be healed, shifting and changing limiting patterns and narratives, so that you can move towards the life that is more aligned with who you are and what you want.
