Dreams • Depth • Creativity • The Inner Life

Come sit by the Well for a while.

The Dreaming Well is a series of intimate, 90-minute online gatherings exploring the rich territory of the inner life.

Some evenings may take us directly into dreams, symbols and synchronicity. Others may lead us into creativity, relationships, parts of self, resistance, intuition, boundaries, thresholds and the patterns moving beneath the surface of everyday life.

Each gathering begins with one question or theme and includes a little teaching, an experiential or guided practice, reflection or journaling, and space for conversation, questions and optional sharing.

What might we explore?

Why does a particular dream arrive when it does?

What does it mean to live symbolically?

Who are the different parts of ourselves — and what are they trying to tell us?

What gifts might be hidden in our resistance?

How do we discern what is ours to carry — and what isn't?

What can synchronicities, symbols and unexpected moments of meaning invite us to notice?

What happens when we find ourselves standing at a threshold between what has been and what is becoming?

The conversations will change throughout the season, so there will always be something new to explore.

Upcoming at the Well

September 17 — Why This Dream, Why Now?
Why do particular dreams arrive at particular moments? We’ll explore dreams in the context of what may be stirring, changing, unresolved or asking for our attention in waking life.

October 1 — The Many Selves Within Us
An exploration of the different parts within us — the ones that protect, push, worry, resist, hide and dream — and what can happen when we approach them with curiosity rather than trying to silence them.

October 29 — Between the Worlds: Dreams, Thresholds & the Thin Places.

As Halloween approaches, we’ll explore the spaces between the known and unknown, waking and dreaming, what has been and what is becoming. Through reflection and a guided imaginal journey, we’ll approach the threshold with curiosity—making room for image, symbol, mystery and whatever may be waiting to meet us there.

November 12 — What Does It Mean to Live Symbolically?
What changes when we begin paying attention to image, metaphor, synchronicity and meaning — not only in our dreams, but in everyday life? We’ll explore what it can mean to approach life with a more symbolic and imaginative way of seeing.

November 26 — The Gifts Hidden in Resistance
What if resistance isn't simply something to overcome? We’ll become curious about what our resistance may be protecting, communicating or asking us to notice — and what can happen when we listen to it rather than immediately trying to push through it.

December 10 — What Is Mine to Carry?
We carry responsibilities, expectations, relationships, roles — and sometimes things that were never really ours to begin with. An exploration of boundaries, emotional responsibility and discerning what is ours to carry, what belongs to someone else, and what we may finally be ready to put down.

December 17 — At the Threshold: What Is Asking to Emerge?
As one year begins to give way to another, we'll pause at the threshold between what has been and what is becoming. Through reflection, imagination and journaling, we'll listen for what may be ending, what is quietly taking shape, and what is asking to emerge next.

There is no course commitment and no previous experience with dreamwork, journaling or depth psychology is necessary.

Each gathering stands on its own.

Come once. Come often. Come for the conversations that call to you.

Online | Selected Thursdays | 6:30–8:00 pm Eastern | $25 CAD per gathering (add each choice individually to cart)
